• How do we connect to our activities?

  Whether you are in a morning activity only, an afternoon session only or both, login is the same.  We are using Zoom.  To connect you simply need to:

  click here

  When you connect you will be in a ‘waiting room’ with the Cool Coderz information.  You will know you are in the right place.  A staff member will let you in at the right time. 

  Before you come in make sure you do the following:

  • use your real name as ID
  • check that your mic is working
  • check that your video is on (can you see yourself?)
  • get ready for fun!

   

• What if I am only registered for a half-day?

  You’re right.  You have the information here to login to both morning and afternoon classes with that link.  

  But…

  We have our class lists.  We’ll only be letting people in when they log in to the right time.  The time they paid for.

  Come back when its the right time for you!

• Can people hack into our camp?

  They can sure try.  Here at Cool Coderz, like you, we are thinkers.  We have prepared the meeting to make it really hard to do so…I mean really really really (probably a few more ‘really’s need to be added.) hard to do.

  Here’s why:

  • The link you are using, isn’t listed, only the CLICK HERE connection.  Very hard to share.
  • This page has a password
  • The waiting room shows who is waiting (no bombing our meeting)
  • a staff member has to physically let you in (nobody we don’t know will get in.)
  • we understand technology….we are all Coderz!

  There is nothing to remember.  Just come here and click on the ‘How do we connect to our activities‘ tab.

• what if I forget this page's password?

  This page password was emailed to you.  You can check your email at any time. 

  Also, you can contact us by phone, text or online at any time to get it again.
